Refund policy

Returns / Store Policy: 

  • Exchanges and Refunds: We do not offer exchanges or refunds. Please ensure all information entered is correct before placing an order.
  • Address Changes: Once an order is placed, we cannot accommodate address changes.
  • Shipping Carriers: We primarily ship via USPS but may use other carriers as needed.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Processing and Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: Our current processing time is 1-2 weeks. 
  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes between 2-5 business days within the United States. During high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Number: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via USPS. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

  • Responsibility: thaGspot is not responsible for any customs or import fees incurred during or after shipping.

Invalid or Insufficient Address

  • Reshipping Charges: If items are returned due to an invalid or insufficient address, we will charge you to reship your package.

Lost Packages

  • Responsibility: We are not responsible for packages lost by mail couriers. You must reach out directly to the courier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) to open a missing package claim.
